… is the UK’s largest and fastest growing online recruitment company comprising 6 job boards, which between them carry over 190,000 jobs and attract 7 million jobseekers every month generating 3.3 million applications.




INSIGHT

Having previously made a couple of well received films for the Totaljobs Group, they asked Tracc to produce a series of videos that highlighted their involvement with Virgin Media and how they work together on VM’s recruitment needs and strategy. The films included a Success Story to be used by TJG sales teams, an Employer film outlining VM’s thought leadership and a Jobseeker facing film detailing the interview process – Karina’s Story. The overarching goal was to engage with wider employment audiences and to bring traffic to TJG’s site whilst showcasing their brands and products.

CREATE

The Tracc team developed the scripts working with stakeholders from each of the partner companies ensuring we captured key themes and a compelling narrative. Once the scripts were signed off, we moved into production, filming at different locations, shooting interviews and colourful general views that reflect the vibrancy and excitement of working at Virgin Media and the close relationship they have with TJG.

Karina’s Story was used as the basis for a “5 tips to ace an interview” article on Totaljobs Inside Job webpage as well as featuring on their “What’s it like to work for…” playlist.

MEASURE

To date, Karina’s Story has been viewed 10,525 times on YouTube showing a desire from prospective jobseekers to find out more about working at Virgin Media and TJG’s involvement in the recruitment process.
